I have a good feeling about 2011. The key word will be 'finish' instead of buy. I hope to get at least one UFO finished each month.
My New Year's Eve was spent in a hospital bed after having surgery last Tuesday. Today I was able to go home and that feels good. In a couple more weeks, I should be better than I've been in a long time.
Happy New Year!
So glad you are back! I hope you are healed and up to mischief in no time! I am with you on the no buy, sew what you have stuff...but that is easy to say with the quilt shop closed for the holiday!
ReplyDeleteMay 2011 be all you desire and simply joyful besides!
ReplyDeleteHope all is well! I didn't know you were in for surgery, but I'm glad you are coming home. Recoup quickly!!
ReplyDeleteAww - hope you're feeling up to par really soon Jeanne. I am on a " limited buy" this year. But first priority is to finish my cat cross stitch - shouldn't take too long if I pull my finger out xxx
ReplyDeleteHappy New Year, and a speedy recovery!
ReplyDeleteI am planning on finishing up more projects as well, and I have a stack of patterns waiting to get started on...
take it easy.......
ReplyDeleteTake good care my friend!
ReplyDeleteHeal quickly, Jeanne, and have a happy and healthy 2011!
ReplyDeleteHappy new year! And wishes for a quick recovery!
ReplyDeleteGlad you are doing ok. Take care and good luck with the no buy plan for 2011. I am going to try and stay on that plan as well. Happy New Year to you.
ReplyDeleteHope you are recuperating well. I had surgery a few months ago and it really knocked me for a loop. I hope your 2011 is great.
