Lunch Bunch

Once a month there's a group that meets at The Quilted Cottage, led by Sandie and called Lunch Bunch. Today was our Christmas gathering. Those who wished could bring a gift to exchange (homemade or sewing related). I made a pair of Santa potholders which Chris took home.

The gift (Gingerbread Tissue Holder) I took home was made by my sister, Connie. Isn't it adorable? The bag also included a cute Joy to the World ornament.

Here's a few photos from Yoder's in Shipshewana, IN. My heart beats wacky when I see all of the fabric there and at Lolly's.

And a couple of antique quilts brought by Susan had us drooling. The second quilt had another quilt inside it. How exciting is that! Susan plans to carefully remove the ties to reveal the hidden treasure. Can't wait to see what's inside.

Love your Santa potholders. So cute. Isn't that Yoders the best place. I was just there and spent way too much money. But what fun!

Hi Jeanne, I love your pictures of Shipshewana. I read all the emails twice a year and have tried to picture the wonderful Lolly's & Yoder's in my head. Now I can see what they actually look like!

I hope you had a lovely Christmas. Take care,
Susan in Teas
