Circa 2016 And Updates

Well, I've started the latest Temecula Quilts sew along, Circa 2016. My willpower seems non existent! This quilt is for scraps! Perfect! The first week requires me to sew four, cute, little pinwheel blocks using medium and dark fabrics. They measure 2 3/4" unfinished. So far, so good.
Here are my latest two blocks for Farm Girl Vintage. We are making two blocks each month. I am really enjoying these patterns and appreciate the fact that the size for each sewn segment is given. Sure helps to keep the blocks the correct size.
And finally, here is my latest Whatnots quilt called Anthem sewn at the retreat last week. Kim Diehl's patterns are also fun to do. She seems to always come up with unique ways to sew the blocks.
Linking up with Freemotion by the River here.

Your Kim Diehl quilt is gorgeous! The blocks are fun too, those Farm Girl blocks are adorable. I know what you mean about those Temecula sew-alongs.. I, too, am a sucker for them! Thanks for bringing the 2016 challenge to my attention. 😉

I've resisted the Temecula quilt a long. I really do like it, although I'm not going to bust many scraps making 2 3/4" blocks.

Love them all, especially the Kim Diehl quilt. Of course.

The little blocks are so much fun to play with! I remember when I started quilting - everything was 8" and larger with wide borders - I no longer do those large borders, and enjoy making qults with smaller blocks, but still overall a large quilt. I like all of your work!

I saved the Temecula post but have not made any blocks. It is so easy to get enthused about all the quilty type things we can get involved in via the internet.
