Missing A Slice

Today I decided to finish assembling the blocks for my watermelon quilt from way back here. Somehow either I counted wrong or misplaced a block as I'm one block short of a top. At least it's a green one, so I don't need to add seeds. Now where did I put those leftover pieces?

My Eugenia was a June bride. Each month at our Sleep At Home Retreats there is a theme for our sheep. If you choose to participate, attendees vote on Friday for the best themed Eugenia. This month will be patriotic.

One block short of a top.....the tort of my life. I love that quilt, and just in time for summer. I guess I need to figure out where everyone is testing those sheep.........

Now I'm hungry for watermelon... so cute! Hope you find the scraps! I somehow missed your previous post with Abigail in the header... Congrats to her and her future college days! Might she still be a Packer fan?

I had to chuckle at the missing watermelon piece. Just like a real one in the fridge.

Don't you hate when you have to go dig out supplies you've already put away? That happens to me all the time and amazing how stuff hides in the sewing room! Love your watermelon quilt and the little sheep too.
