I'm still in awe of the beautiful quilts that were shared during this year's Show N' Tell. There were five new goddesses crowned with their completed DJ quilts. We had quilters from Norway, Belgium, Germany, France, England, Australia, Canada and across the US - California to Maine. (110 in all)
One of the highlights for me was getting to meet May Britt! She's just as sweet in person as she appears on her blog.
On Thursday evening, we were treated to an inspiring trunk show from award-winning quilter, Rosemary Youngs. Here she is with her finished Dear Jane. She showed many of her quilts and talked about writing her books. Rosemary also posts a slideshow of the Show N' Tell on her blog. You can find it here.
Here's a photo of the new treasures added to my stash. I look forward to using them.
Wishing everyone a Happy Thanksgiving! Enjoy the turkey and dressing and pie!

That was an awesome show and tell. The DJ quilts were a wonderful collection that showed just how those blocks could be interpreted. I bet you're all revved up to get sewing after being there. I am from just watching the slide show of quilts.
Sounds like a wonderful time! I saw a lovely photo of you and your sister on AbyQuilts!
Happy Thanksgiving! Wish I could reach in here and grab all those fabrics in your picture. ;o)
It was so nice to meet you too :)
I had a wonderful time in Shipshewana. Did not spend that much time in the conferenceroom, because we were around shopping and just looking. Next time I hope we get some more time to chat :) Because I'll be back in two years.
Dear Jane quilts are always amazing. Sounds like a good retreat.
That looks like you added some lovely fabrics to your stash!
