Today I am working on a stitchery kit that I bought a couple of weeks ago at a quilt show. Kits are great to pick up and work on when you don't want or don't have the time to put items together for a pattern. I'm also linking up with Kathy for her Slow Stitching Sunday.
The burning bush is turning red and the leaves are falling from the trees. Won't be long now until I start my countdown for spring.

Don't you just love the colors of the leaves this year. Your bush is beautiful. I love hand work. Looking forward to seeing your finished project.
I love your burning bush! I think I'll be starting a countdown to spring soon too! LOL
That's very nice stitching and a beautiful burning bush. You made me laugh with your comment about counting down to spring.
Interesting stitching project; is it difficult to stitch on quilted fabric? Our burning bush refuses to turn red; I think it's in too much shade. They are sure pretty when they turn!
What beautiful stitching! Thanks for sharing
I love fall and red burning bushes. Sitting here doing some hand embroidery today. I will miss everyone in Shipshewana.
I always love the colors of a burning bush. Cute stitching. Enjoy.
It is fun to slow stitch with Kathy on Sundays. I have learned the hard way that burning bushes should not be trimmed if one wants them to turn red.
